Program Design
This option is ideal for individuals with a solid foundation in fitness who already have access to a gym or personal equipment.

Concierge Program
2 workouts per week
30 Minute consultation and fitness assessment – Free

- 13 Weeks $1425

Program Only
New workouts every 2 – 4 weeks depending on length of contract. Contracts longer than 4 weeks will have a macro design to achieve the client’s goal and broken down into periodization.
